This cool season mix of four grasses demonstrates an exceptional tolerance to shade, drought and disease and works well in deep shade to partial sun.
For best results, apply water and fertilizer prior to hot, dry conditions, limit traffic and mow at a raised cutting height less frequenty (if at all).
